My mental health and wellness have become the parts of me in my life I have realized I need to nurture most.  


When you treat yoga as a tool for body appreciation, healthy movement, and inner reflection, it helps improve body image and mental health.


Routines have a bad reputation of being dull, boring ruts we fall into overtime. But a lot of routines can actually be really helpful for maintaining both our physical and mental wellbeing.


We could all use some cheering up - here are some ways to brighten your friends’ days!


We truly do need one another. We truly do understand one another.


I watched as my patient community started to panic, feeds flooded with “Only the vulnerable will be at risk. Your ‘only’ is my everything.”


In 20 minutes, I tell myself, things will be even just the teensiest bit different. It may not feel much different in 20 minutes but it will be that much closer to being resolved.


Playing games together at home can relieve stress, bring joy, and foster connection.
