Pledge to Make a Difference

Awareness and education are critical parts of mental health advocacy - but one of the most important parts of advocacy is, well, the advocacy parts! There are a lot of actions that you can take to advance policies to increase access to mental health and substance use care during the month of May and we’ll help you walk through them.

Pledge to take action for Mental Health Month and help us move crucial legislation forward while the spotlight is on us.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an action to take every Monday in May along with other action items and events we'll be hosting throughout the month.
